How to setup a Syscoin Masternode on Allnodes

Syscoin (SYS) Masternode Hosting

A Syscoin Masternode can only be hosted with the Syscoin QT wallet.

Instructions for the Syscoin QT wallet:

  1. Download and install the Syscoin QT wallet from the official website: https://syscoin.org/get-sys#wallets
    ​If you already have 100,000 SYS in your wallet (sent in one transaction), start at step 7.

  2. If you haven't created a wallet yet, go to "File", click "Create a new wallet", enter a Wallet Name (e.g. Syswallet001), untick the "Descriptor Wallet" checkbox, and click "Encrypt Wallet".
    ​Make sure to store your password in a safe place.

  3. Click the "Receive" tab, enter "Label" (e.g. SYS001), and click "Create new receiving address".

  4. Copy new wallet address.

  5. Send exactly 100,000 SYS in a single transaction to your address.

  6. Wait for 1 confirmation of the collateral transaction in the blockchain to occur.

  7. Insert your collateral address here: https://www.allnodes.com/sys/host

  8. Follow further instructions from Allnodes.
